Planning Assistance
Where planning permission is required, Scotts are able to assist you in this area. Aided by the latest computer technology and software, Scotts is able to provide detailed drawings and elevations for submission to planning authorities.
In particularly sensitive areas, however, Scotts may well recommend that you seek advice from a planning consultant, at an early stage. Scotts has worked closely with many planning consultants on behalf of our client and so know what is required for a successful application.
Design
Scotts can offer a wealth of knowledge and experience to create a unique and striking timber building suited to you.
After an initial consultation with our sales team of your ideas, requirements and budgets, Scotts are able to recommend a suitable design and specification for your desired timber building.
We can incorporate a number of features and optional extras to enhance your bespoke timber building. Choose from an array of different paint and stain options, the size, shape and create a building that is suited just for you.
Manufacture
Quality of manufacture is paramount at Scotts and the quality of the product is guaranteed. Scotts timber buildings are all designed to be structurally sound and functional, giving you peace of mind.
Built to last generations with minimal maintenance, Scotts pay meticulous attention to detail when manufacturing your building. The buildings and all of the ancillary structural components are manufactured in our purpose built factory in the heart of Northamptonshire by our highly skilled craftsmen, using only the finest quality materials.
Delivery & Installation
A dedicated and experienced installation team is responsible for the final construction of your timber building, onto a pre-prepared base. At an agreed date, Scotts will deliver and construct your building onto the prepared site.
Scotts is more than happy to coordinate with other specialist subcontractors, such as plumbers and electricians.
We pride ourself on our excellent and committed installation team which regularly receives exceptional feedback on their workmanship and professionalism. You can be assured of a timber building that you will be proud of.
